I was keen to understand the details of life skills and emotional intelligence as it would help me immensely during career counseling sessions. This course provided me an excellent platform to understand the same and provided me with the necessary methods and tools to work on improving the life skills and also provided the clarity on the connection between life skills and emotional intelligence. Each session provided lot of relevant information and all the facilitators were excellent.
